In my early years as a community organizer one of my mentors took me aside and said just this. And so inspired my lifelong commitment to mentorship, building organizational capacity and honing communication strategies that motivate people to action.
My aim is to nurture and support effective leadership in the world of social change.Leadership focused on a desire to serve rather than a lust for power. Leadership that inspires creativity and ingenuity and steers an engaged team to successfully achieving the positive change we seek.
